Michael's lifetime of exploration and study of various religious and spiritual organizations, history, and practices includes western and eastern religions and metaphysical organizations. Direct study includes Hatha Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Raj Yoga, Taoist esoteric Yoga, Hands on Healing, Kinesiology, Polarity Therapy, Native American religion and pantheism. He also teaches Yang style Tai Chi Chuan at Arizona Western College in and around various La Paz County, Arizona satellite classes. Formerly taught at New Life Institute in Staten Island, New York. He offers tutoring, mentoring and classroom instruction in meditation systems.

Michael is the Sole Proprietor of Amasha Oils, where he personally manufactures and offers custom blending services of essential oils, aromatherapy oils, tinctures, and tincture based solutions for meditation, healing paradigms, and energy work of all kinds.

Currently Michael has founded the Amasha Metaphysical Institute and created the Initiation and Opening of the Third Eye classroom training system. This is a step-by-step method of teaching the student safe, concise practices in order to experience inner awareness and full consciousness. The student will bridge the gap between the conscious and subconscious mind, creating a foundation from which to explore the self and for metaphysical research and experience. This class will enable the student to develop this firm foundation for personal spiritual practice or for working within any group of the student's choosing.
