So how does this work?

This course has four "Strategy" levels, or classes, packed with information and simple techniques that work. You will come away from the classes with a grasp of history, metaphysical anatomy, and techniques to practice to experience the opening of your Third Eye. Each strategy level has specific exercises necessary before moving to the next. With intention and focused practice you will earn mastery over these principles.

 

Who is the Teacher?

All strategies are taught personally by the Director of Amasha Metaphysical Institute - Michael Murphy. He has studied Hatha Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Taoist Esoteric Yoga, Raj Yoga, Kabbalah, and many systems of eastern and western spirituality and philosophy.

 

Is there anything that makes it easier to practice?
